In 2009 toward the end of his collegiate soccer career at West Virginia University, Sean decided to shift gears from playing professionally, and move to Myrtle Beach to pursue his new obsession, Real Estate. He channeled all that drive, determination, and motivation he used to create a successful athletic career, and re-focused that energy to set the real estate industry on fire.

The first 5 years of his real estate career was spent as an investor where he focused on buying, flipping, and renting properties, as well as consulting other investors to do the same. As the market evolved, he recognized an overwhelming demand in the marketplace and became a Realtor with an intimate understanding of investment real estate to help protect his clients, most of which are making the largest and most important investment of their life, a home at the beach.

As a real estate agent, Sean has built a reputation of doing whatever it takes to protect and fight for his clients as an elite fiduciary professional, always putting people before profits.
